I offer a variety of options for different needs. I have both monthly subscriptions and traditional training packages. They are available for both 1-on-1 training and semi-private partner training. The monthly option is a lower rate per session, but the catch is sessions do not roll over to the next month. There's no minimum commitment. It's month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime with just a 2 weeks notice. This is great for the those that are consistent or need that extra push to get those workouts done.
With a monthly subscription you make the commitment to a regular workout schedule each week. You get to reserve your time slot so that even if you go on vacation, your spot is saved for you when you get back. If you need to reschedule occasionally, we'll do our best to find a spot to fit you in.
Payments may be made via cash or credit card. Subscription clients must have a credit card on file regardless of the payment method chosen.
We also have single sessions for the occasional workout or traditional session packages if that’s what you prefer.
Either option is ideal for locals in the Las Vegas area. The longer you train, the better your results will be.

Partner training or semi-private training offers a lot of the benefits of an individualized training program. You not only share the workout with a partner, you also share the cost and help. Working out with a friend, partner or family member will also give you that extra motivation and accountability needed to stay on track.
My partner and small group training programs include resistance training, high intensity cardiovascular workouts, as well as both interval, TRX and flexibility training. I design the workout with you and your partners’ goals and needs in mind. With duo training you will receive the same quality session that you will with our private training sessions and with more cost effective pricing. If you are training with a friend, family member or spouse, you are also more likely to stay on track and stay motivated if you have a workout partner to share your journey with you. So grab your bestie, spouse, or fave family member and crush those fitness goals together!
